Cookie Dough Energy Bites

This is a super easy “dessert” snack that’s packed with protein and nutrients, and only takes 5 minutes to prepare! Great in the kid’s lunch boxes or as a grab and go snack anytime.

Ingredients

1 cup gluten free oats1 cup peanut butter (or almond butter)1/4 cup honey (or maple syrup to make vegan)
1/4 cup dairy free mini chocolate chips1 scoop Dutch Vanilla Complete plant based shake mix

Directions

Mix all the ingredients. Roll into 1 inch balls. Refrigerate and enjoy!Number of Servings: 24
