These live, 45 minute sessions are designed to help you reach your fitness goals.
At the start of each session, we’ll check in with your body and how you’re feeling. I’ve come with a plan + plenty of options, so whether we need to change the reps + sets, switch out an exercise, or pivot to another activity entirely – we’ll work together to move in a way that feels most valuable to you and your goals in the moment.

My goal with 1:1 personal training is that through our sessions together you will feel empowered to move on your own. Whether your goal is simply to move with more joy or to reach a new deadlift pr, I want you to walk away with the education and experience to confidently continue your fitness journey on your own!

An initial commitment of 3 months, with a month-to-month option afterwards. Instead of a quick fix mentality, we’re creating a plan together for a sustainable movement practice — learning skills, exploring a flexible mindset, and getting to know how your body works.

When you submit your application, it’ll be reviewed within 3-5 business days. If we’re a good fit, you’ll receive an email to let you know that you’ve either been accepted to an open spot or put on the 1:1 waitlist. If we aren’t a good fit at this time, I’ll be happy to refer you to someone else or provide some resources to get you started.
Once you’re accepted, you’ll receive a message to schedule your first session, the Welcome Session, where we’ll go through your goals/intentions, health/movement history, current lifestyle, and any other considerations. This will help guide the type of activity (strength, conditioning, flexibility, fun movement, etc.) and intensity of your sessions to meet you where you’re at while getting you closer to your goals — even if that goal is simply to enjoy movement more!

You can reschedule up to 24 hours before your scheduled session at no cost, depending on mutual availability.
If you need to cancel less than 24 hours in advance, this is a late cancellation. If you are more than 15 minutes late to a scheduled session, this is also late cancellation. Each client has 1 late cancellation that they can reschedule per quarter (because life happens!). After the first late cancellation, a late cancellation is not refundable.
If I am more than 15 minutes late, I will give you an extra session.
No shows are not available for refunds or rescheduling.
If I need to reschedule less than 24 hours in advance, it is on me to figure out a new mutually agreeable time.

If we are not in a gym location, we’ll work with what you’ve got! Ideally, have enough space to lie down + stand up + comfortable clothes to move in. As you progress, I’m happy to suggest weights, bands, and other equipment!
If we are meeting in a gym, just bring yourself in comfortable clothes and shoes + water.

No refunds are issued for the initial 3-month period. After that, payments are no-commitment , month to month, and you can cancel anytime before the date (at least 7 days in advance) of your next payment by contacting me through email at hethercrawfordcoaching@gmail.com.
