    Gentle Yoga is a practice for all levels and bodies. Plenty of modifications willl be provided, so if this is your first time practicing yoga or you are a regular yogi, you’ll be given options that meet you where you are.

    *Higher intensity Yoga classes or Chair Yoga available upon request.

  • Bootcamp

    Bodyweight Bootcamp is a simple, yet effective way to increase strength and cardio using only your bodyweight.

    Modifications will be provided. So whether it’s been a while sinced you’ve exercised, or you are a daily gym goer, you’ll be given options that meet you where you are.
