Custom Workout Programs are designed to take the guess work out of your exercise plan. No more “what should I do today?,” just open the app and your personal plan is there waiting for you!

A custom workout program is a great way to move on your own while still getting an individualized plan based on your experience and goals + feedback and support from a coach.

A Custom Workout Program is the right fit for you if:

You aren’t brand new to working out, but maybe it’s been a while.

You don’t want to/aren’t able to meet with a personal trainer for your workouts, but still want a professional to design your workout.

You enjoy fitness apps, but desire a more custom, individualized plan + the accountability and support that comes with having your own coach.

You want 2-3 workouts per week that are designed just for you and based on your available time, equipment, experience and preferences.

You enjoy working out on your own.

You are ok trying exercises on your own after a video demo.

You have limited time and/or equipment availablility.

My goal with a custom workout program is to create a plan that enables you to just show up and get going, without having to think about what you should do that day. I aim to empower you to move on your own while still feeling fully supported by me, your coach.

Custom Workout Program FAQ

  • A three month commitment is highly suggested to better track progress and to increase the customization of your plan. Your first month's payment is required to begin your custom workout program, and after that you can cancel at anytime.

  • When you submit your application, it will be reviewed within 3-5 business days. If I have more questions for you, I will reach out via the email address you listed.

    Once you’re accepted, you’ll receive an email notification to download the free Truecoach app and instructions to get set up as a client.

  • If you are working out at home: Ideally, have enough space to lie down + stand up + comfortable clothes to move in + water. Preferably you have 2 dumbbells, but we’ll work with what you’ve got! I am happy to suggest weights, bands, and other equipment.

    Both at home and gym: a device that allows you to access the TrueCoach app - Apple/Android/desktop.

  • TrueCoach is a free personalized fitness app (Apple/Android/desktop) where I can create your personalized workout program, give you video demos, and provide individualized feedback to you. And where you can see the workouts you’ve done, communicate with your coach, and track your functional progress over time. This is the platform we’ll be using for the Custom Workout Program!

  • No refunds are issued for the initial 1-month period. After that, payments are no-commitment , month to month, and you can cancel anytime before the date (at least 7 days in advance) of your next payment by contacting me through email at hethercrawfordcoaching@gmail.com.
