Group Training

Group Training-a semi personal approach

Group Training sessions are designed to bring semi-personal training to you in a group setting. I’ll come with a plan, and you’ll be encouraged to choose the options that feel most valuable to you in the moment.

Group Training is a super fun way to move with others while still getting personal instruction and education from a coach.

Hether Crawford has 13+ years of personal training and group fitness experience & education, and coaches through a non-diet lens with a compassionate, adaptable, and inclusive approach.

Group Training is the right fit for you if:

You aren’t brand new to working out, but maybe it’s been a while.

You want to learn to listen to your body, even when others may be doing something different.

You are ready to shift your goals from how you look to how you feel.

You want to learn how to move safely for longevity.

You want to build strength.

You want a fun, community building approach.

My goal with any group fitness experience, whether it’s training or a fitness class, is to provide an atmosphere of fun, while ensuring that everyone feels supported. I want to empower you to feel in charge of your experience as you learn to listen to and take action on what feels most valuable to you in the moment.

I have been working out with Hether in a group fitness setting weekly for almost two years. In my time with her, I have transformed my relationship with fitness from punishment to enjoyment and celebration. She challenges her students while still ensuring success. Every move has a modification and you’re always encouraged to honor your body, realizing that your abilities may be different day to day. I love her prioritization on strength and mobility so my body can move pain free for years to come. My physical strength and mental fortitude are better off because of Hether!”

Hether is a fabulous instructor! She is encouraging, and her classes are both challenging and fun. She provides options that allow you to decide what works best for your own personal goals and journey. No matter what shape, size, or level you are, you can ensure that the space feels welcoming and judgement-free. Her vibrant personality shines through, and her sessions are full of positivity that fill the room. I look forward to attending her classes. I feel strong, relaxed, and energized after every session. They lift me and my mood each time.”

Group Training FAQ

  • A one month commitment is required from each participant.

  • When you submit your application, it’ll be reviewed within 3-5 business days. If we’re a good fit, you’ll receive an email to let you know that you’ve either been accepted to an open spot or put on the group training waitlist. If we aren’t a good fit at this time, I’ll be happy to refer you to someone else or provide some resources to get you started.

Once you’re accepted, you’ll receive a message to schedule your first session, the Welcome Session, where we’ll go through your goals/intentions, health/movement history, current lifestyle, and any other considerations. This will help guide the type of activity (strength, conditioning, flexibility, fun movement, etc.) and intensity of your sessions to meet you where you’re at while getting you closer to your goals — even if that goal is simply to enjoy movement more!

  • You can reschedule up to 24 hours before your scheduled session at no cost, depending on mutual availability.

If you need to cancel less than 24 hours in advance, this is a late cancellation. If you are more than 15 minutes late to a scheduled session, this is also late cancellation. Each client has 1 late cancellation that they can reschedule per quarter (because life happens!). After the first late cancellation, a late cancellation is not refundable.

If I am more than 15 minutes late, I will give you an extra session.

No shows are not available for refunds or rescheduling.

If I need to reschedule less than 24 hours in advance, it is on me to figure out a new mutually agreeable time.

  • We’ll work with what you’ve got! Ideally, have enough space to lie down + stand up + comfortable clothes to move in + water. As you progress, I’m happy to suggest weights, bands, and other equipment!

  • No refunds are issued for the initial 1-month period. After that, payments are no-commitment , month to month, and you can cancel anytime before the date (at least 7 days in advance) of your next payment by contacting me through email at hethercrawfordcoaching@gmail.com.

  • We will work together in one month increments, and cannot add additional participants during the month. When starting a new month, we can change participants, not exceeding 6 people.
