Coaching + Community

You are going to feel so empowered and so supported during our six weeks together. Every day you’ll get an encouraging text from me, each week will have journal prompts for you to start identifying and rewriting your diet culture influenced beliefs. We’ll have 6 weekly zoom calls with teaching and time for questions and coaching, plus you’ll get those recordings if you have to miss a live, or you just want to watch it again. You’ll have the love, support and encouragement from others on a similar journey in the online support group, AND you’ll have messaging access to me during my office hours for the entire 6 weeks!
