Vegan Fudge

OMG this fudge is SO good! Perfect for holiday parties (or anytime you want a chocolate fix), but grab a napkin because it does melt in your hands. ;)Ingredients1/2 cup melted coconut oil, refined for no flavor1/2 cup creamy almond butter1/2 cup cacao powder1/4 cup maple syrup1/8 tsp saltDirectionsLine a loaf pan with parchment paper and set aside.In a small sauce pan, combine all ingredients. Heat over medium heat and whisk until smooth.  It does not need to boil or come to a certain temperature.As soon as it's smooth, pour into prepared pan.  Place in fridge and let set for at least 2 hours.Slice and enjoy! (store in fridge or freezer)
