Most days you’ll find me at home with my cats, or on my yoga mat with a chill playlist. But I also love me some rage music and lifting heavy things. I’ll always say yes to coffee!
My mission is to empower you in your health journey; to help you reconnect to your very wise body. Because you are the expert of your own body, and you CAN trust it!
After over a decade in the industry I went from constantly working on my “bikini body” to working out for my “feisty old lady body!”
